The following tests were conducted by T.E.E.S. Materials and Structure Laboratory, Texas A&M University

Compressibility: The amount of deformation just ASTM F-36 after an initial compressive load is set.
Recovery: The amount a material springs back after ASTM F-36 release of a compressive load.
Creep: The amount of deformation over a period of time, ASTM F-38 after a compressive load is set
Sealability: A measurement of leakage through and ASTM F-37 around a gasket
Hardness: ASTM D-1700
Elongation: ASTM D-638

 

 

Tensile Strength: ASTM F-152
Specific Gravity: ASTM D-792
