The pharmaceutical industry develops, produces, and markets drugs licensed for use as medications. With a variety of laws and regulations regarding the patenting, testing and marketing of drugs, this industry relies on clean materials free of dirt and foreign matter to test and process raw materials.

UFC Fluorogreen manufactures E-100 Virgin PTFE Material free of dirt and contaminates and foreign matter. With the use of a clean room our Virgin PTFE (polyfluoroethylene) can be placed into heat sealed poly bags and shipped clean for use in this industry. This material can be skived from .004" up to .375" thick for use in may aspects of the pharmaceutical industry.

E-100 Virgin PTFE Material is also used as an excellent chemical electrical resistance. Other uses for this material has been for work benches and industrial gaskets. When used as a gasket, many of our customers rely on its capability to withstand a majority of chemicals.

E-100 Virgin PTFE Material is the least expensive material manufactured by UFC Fluorogreen and is used in most general applications.
